And then...

Oh gee...it's been SO LONG since I last posted. That's what happens when life gets crazy I guess! But it's been a good kind of crazy, and I'm super excited about the craziness going on! New nephew, new endowed 84 year old woman! Oh great stuff! So...my amazing husband has dinner cooking right now, so I am going to type this up quick and then I am going to eat the delicious salmon, and then go to the laundromat, and then go to the grocery store. And then to the gym...and then probably to the shower. And then maybe if I'm lucky....I'll be going to sleep. Don't count on it...but a girl can hope. As you know...or don't know...I don't know...we just got home from Indiana/Kentucky. Mainly Indiana though. And I loved it! And it was a good break, and really just awesome. Anyway...I am going to be thankful now, like I said a few sentences ago...

#119...I am thankful for doctors. My favorite right now are dermatologists....I've had really bad breakouts as of late...and it's driving me bonkers. I even got bangs to help hide some of it...I will admit to that...anyway. Ever since I've started taking my meds faithfully and using the face cream...the zits have gone down A LOT. And I love it! I love clear skin!

#120...I am thankful for A/C. I'm serious. We have no air....grandma, please get on that ;) and I'm really missing the luxury of having a cool house...

#121...I am thankful that time keeps moving forward. Now I know I've said this over and over...but I'm really just that thankful for it. I know that sometimes we are caught in a moment of time that we wish could last forever, but then there are always those times we wish would just end. And I am ever so thankful they do end.

#122...I am thankful for technology. I am thankful that it is so easy to communicate with family far away by simply sending a text message or making a phone call. And it's always fantastic when you can receive a picture of your brand new handsome nephew after he's born, instead of having to wait a few days to have to see his face!

#123...I am thankful that little Jaxon man made it here safe! The birth was a bit of struggle, he was in NICU for a bit...but he is safe and sound now! And he is the most handsome little guy in his baseball outfit :)

#124...I am thankful that flying is actually safe. Ever since 9/11 I've had a terrible fear of flying...who can blame me. But anyway...I really have. And I am just always so thankful when I am safe off of that plane!

#125...I am thankful that people are so hospitable and kind! When we showed up to church on Sunday in Indiana we had people who wanted to talk and visit and were concerned about where we were staying and eating and everything...we got invited over for a fabulous dinner that night too...I now understand why missionaries gain weight! ;)

#126...I am thankful for the Blackburn's. They are the family that allowed us to stay with them while we were in Indiana. They have five of the cutest kids and I sure enjoyed our time there! 10 minutes into being there their 4 year old twins had me reading story after story to them. I loved it!

#127...I am thankful for my teeth. Strange? You'd think so. But you should be thankful for your teeth too. Because we have teeth it doesn't take us so long to eat...I am being extremely serious right now. We went to lunch with a lady in Indiana who had bad teeth because of some health related issues...and we sat in the restaurant for quite a while, because it took her so long to eat. Due to her teeth. Be thankful for those pearly whites ya got!

#128...I am thankful that my husband isn't afraid to stand up for what he believes in. So...I had been getting car sick a lot for the first of the trip...and I thought it was really weird. Cause it doesn't happen too often. I felt like the smell of the car had a lot to do with it. So I looked in the cup holder cause I thought I saw a car freshner in there...but it actually happened to be a can of chew. Believe it or not, I think the smell of that had a lot to do with me getting sick...anyways, the point....when we returned our rental car Kohn spoke with the manager and all this stuff. They didn't do anything for us...Kohn says we're not using their service anymore...he's a good one.

#129...I am thankful that Edna chose to go through the temple. 84 years old, has a walker, but she did it. At 7:45 at night too. You can bet she was tired. But she loved it and it was amazing to see her in the temple!

#130...I am thankful for Kohn for cooking dinner. We have no food, but instead of just deciding to go out to eat, he found something to put some dinner together. And I have a feeling it is going to be delicious.

Well...now that I'm all caught up after way too long...it's time to go do all the things I have to do before I can rest. Have a great night everyone!
